Christine A. Crowe, LMFT, CADC III, Director
Certified Trauma Therapist through JRI

Christine has a Master’s Degree in Child and Family Therapy and has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Oregon since 1997.

She is a Certified Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counselor III for the State of Oregon and has been providing alcohol and drug treatment and general counseling services since 1986 in both California and Oregon. She has worked in the domestic violence field since 1987 with victims, batterer’s intervention, and as a DV Intervention trainer for Parole & Probation Officers in the State of Oregon.

She is currently working with Clatsop County Parole & Probation and the Clatsop Treatment Court with individuals with mental illness and addiction problems.

Michael D. Crowe, BA, CADC II

Michael has worked in the field of addictions and recovery since 1990 as an A&D Counselor.

He has worked in the field of Domestic Violence since 2000, and was a Probation Officer for Washington County for several years working with a Domestic Violence caseload. He provides trainings on antisocial personality disorders, domestic violence and the Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessment for the State of Oregon.

Michael is a member of the Clatsop County Drug Court Team and the Director of A&D Services for Choices Counseling.

Clark Miner, CADC I

Clark Miner, CADCI, QMHA currently providing services as an A&D clinician for the County Drug Court Program and is a facilitator for the Domestic Violence intervention groups. Clark has worked in the behavioral healthcare industry since 2013. Throughout this time he has developed strong relationships with providers throughout the state and local community; he also has developed strong relationships from pro services in medically assisted Detox, Residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Care, Intensive Outpatient, and Case Management for Sober Living by providing life skills education for members in early recovery. Clark is a DBT, CBT and MRT skills-based clinician. His holistic approach to recovery with an emphasis on family and social support systems is based on a disease model view towards addiction. He is supportive of the entire continuum of care in treating addiction including Medically Assisted.

Leah Sharpe, BS, CADC II

Leah has worked in the addiction field since 2011. She is a Certified Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counselor II and is completing her Master’s in Social Work. Leah’s professional experiences include non-profit sector, residential, outpatient, homeless and severe and persistent mental illness.

Leah provides individual and group counseling, and is skilled in CBT and DBT to treat cross addictions and co-occurring disorders. Leah’s dedication and ability to aid clients in their transition from treatment to the community is far reaching. Preparing clients for a life with new systems, tools and strategies that embraces the personal, professional and recovery balance is her passion and priority.

Leah is currently working with Clatsop County Parole & Probation, Domestic Violence Intervention Program, and DUII Education.
