Christine A. Crowe, LMFT, CADC III, Director
Certified Trauma Therapist through JRI

Christine has a Master’s Degree in Child and Family Therapy and has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Oregon since 1997.

She is a Certified Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counselor III for the State of Oregon and has been providing alcohol and drug treatment and general counseling services since 1986 in both California and Oregon. She has worked in the domestic violence field since 1987 with victims, batterer’s intervention, and as a DV Intervention trainer for Parole & Probation Officers in the State of Oregon.

Michael has worked in the field of addictions and recovery since 1990 as an A&D Counselor.

He has worked in the field of Domestic Violence since 2000, and was a Probation Officer for Washington County for several years working with a Domestic Violence caseload. He provides trainings on antisocial personality disorders, domestic violence and the Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessment for the State of Oregon.

Michael is a member of the Clatsop County Drug Court Team and the Director of A&D Services for Choices Counseling.

Stephanie M. Renzulli, LMFTA, CADCI, QMHP

Stephanie has her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently working towards her Oregon State Licensure. Additionally, she works in the fields of mental health, addictions, and has a passion working with both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence as well as trauma. Stephanie is EMDR trained and enjoys utilizing different techniques and theories in treatment. Stephanie’s goal as a provider is to provide individuals with skills, strategies, and tools that can assist through past traumas and experiences and can be utilized in their future relationships and life events.

Stephanie is currently working with Clatsop County Parole & Probation and the Clatsop Treatment Court with individuals with mental illness and addiction problems.

Leah Sharpe, MSW, CSWA, CADC II

Leah has worked in the addiction field since 2011. She is a Certified Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counselor II. Leah’s professional experiences include non-profit sector, residential, outpatient, homeless and severe and persistent mental illness.

Leah provides individual and group counseling, and is skilled in CBT and DBT to treat cross addictions and co-occurring disorders. Leah’s dedication and ability to aid clients in their transition from treatment to the community is far reaching. Preparing clients for a life with new systems, tools and strategies that embraces the personal, professional and recovery balance is her passion and priority.

Amy Bailey BS, CADCII

Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and has been a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor II since 2002.

She has provided alcohol and drug dual diagnosis treatment services to individuals and their families at all levels of care, in various roles, and in a wide variety of settings including private non-profit, nationwide telemedicine assisted treatment, adult and youth corrections and wilderness therapy.

Amy uses an eclectic and client-centered approach implementing various evidence-based treatment modalities in working with people, and is especially skillful in CBT, Trauma Informed Care, Crisis Intervention, Psychosocial Development and in improving and changing the brain’s Neurological Functioning with DBT skills and strategies.

Prior to working in addiction treatment, Amy worked teaching in-home parenting with Domestic Violence Victims and providing in-home Psychosocial Rehabilitation services with severely emotional disturbed children and their families and parent coaching.

Ruth Chan, MSW, CSWA

Ruth has worked in the addiction field since 2018. She facilitates a wide variety of group therapy sessions that include DBT, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, Untangling Relationships and DUI education groups. Ruth strives to provide therapeutic techniques that suit your goals and needs in treatment. Ruth is skilled in CBT, DBT, MI to treat addictions and co-occurring disorders.
