Christine A. Crowe, LMFT, CADC III, Director
Certified Trauma Therapist through JRI
Christine has a Master’s Degree in Child and Family Therapy and has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Oregon since 1997.
She is a Certified Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counselor III for the State of Oregon and has been providing alcohol and drug treatment and general counseling services since 1986 in both California and Oregon. She has worked in the domestic violence field since 1987 with victims, batterer’s intervention, and as a DV Intervention trainer for Parole & Probation Officers in the State of Oregon.
She is currently working with Clatsop County Parole & Probation and the Clatsop Treatment Court with individuals with mental illness and addiction problems.
Michael D. Crowe, BA, CADC II
Michael has worked in the field of addictions and recovery since 1990 as an A&D Counselor.
He has worked in the field of Domestic Violence since 2000, and was a Probation Officer for Washington County for several years working with a Domestic Violence caseload. He provides trainings on antisocial personality disorders, domestic violence and the Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessment for the State of Oregon.
Michael is a member of the Clatsop County Drug Court Team and the Director of A&D Services for Choices Counseling.
Jennifer Boggs, LCSW, CADC I
Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I.
She obtained her Master’s in Social Work in 2009 and obtained certification as an alcohol and drug counselor in Oregon in 2008. Jennifer Provides mental health and addictions counseling, utilizing a strength based approach to facilitate ASAM assessments, as well as mental health assessments.
Jennifer provides individual counseling and case management, group therapy utilizing CBT and evidenced based therapies. Jennifer is trained in trauma practices through the Seeking Safety model and is working towards certifications in EMDR. Jennifer has expertise working with clients with co-occurring disorders.
She is currently working with Clatsop County Parole & Probation and Clatsop County Treatment Court individuals with mental illness and addiction problems, the DUII rehabilitation program and domestic violence intervention for perpetrators.
Stephanie Edwards, BS, CADC I
Stephanie Edwards received her Bachelors of Science Degree at University of Oregon in 2007.
She has been working as an alcohol and drug counselor since 2008. Stephanie’s passion is working with individuals mandated for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) treatment to meet their recovery goals. In addition Stephanie also works closely with parole and probation serving the Clatsop County Drug Court program.
Specific group services that Stephanie provides are Driving With Care (DUII)and Interpersonal Violence Intervention for women perpetrators. For individuals serving parole or probation, Stephanie offers Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Relapse Prevention.
David Hsiao, BS, LPC, CADC III, CGAC II
David Hsiao has been in the addictions and mental health fields for many years. He is a gambling addiction specialist and is very involved in the addiction field as a supervisor and mentor.
